| Dining Policy |
Our overall goal is to provide our students with the best possible dining services that meet each student’ s needs. We will do this by being student focused as we continuously strive to improve our service delivery processes.
The three areas we continually focus on and continuously look to make improvements are: People (student customers, SCAD staff & faculty and Dining Services staff) making sure we deliver consistent quality customer service. Product, ensuring we have the best quality products, made fresh daily from scratch. Place (the environment) making sure it’s clean and sanitary. Ensuring our staff is presentable, that our dining rooms, serving areas and kitchens are safe and clean. |
